With confirmation the registration is binding.

Participants cannot be accepted into an ongoing course.

 

Cost

The statutory health insurance covers the costs of one course during pregnancy, according to § 134 a SGB V.

Alanna will bill the insurance directly. Parents will confirm their presence with a signature every class.

 

This course is designed for couples. If your partner is unable to attend, you are welcome to have another person accompany you. If you want to participate without a partner, please contact Alanna to discuss the details.

 

The partner fee of €180,- must be paid up front and transferred before the start of the course.

​Once the course has started, the full partner fee applies and is non-refundable.

After registration an invoice will be issued for the course fee, which can be submitted to the insurance company for reimbursement. The amount of how much the health insurance reimburses can vary. Please contact your insurance for detailed information.

Missed course hours are not covered by health insurance and result in a significant financial loss for the midwife.

 

Cancellation of registration must be declared in writing or by E-mail before class begins.

 

Liability
Participation in the course is at the participant’s own responsibility.
The midwife does not accept liability for injuries caused by undisclosed health conditions or for loss of personal belongings.

 

Data Protection
Personal data is used exclusively for course organisation and statutory midwifery documentation.
Data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
